Sadly... There is no time today to write. Just found out yesterday that my really good friend of 30 years has finally sold her condo, and now it is certain that she will be moving to California sometime after February. Although it will be a happy event for her to be nearer to her family, it is a very sad day for me. I've been in denial about this for the last several months and dealing with it is going to be very painful. It's hard to find friendships that last for 30 years, and it's even harder to find new ones. Not that she could ever be replaced. Tonight was probably our last birthday dinner celebration with her.
